I am writing to you concerning a tape recorder (Sony QWRD210) that I purchased several months ago from one of yours dealers
here in Warsaw: Mix Electronics Discount Audio. From your ads, I was led to believe that your audio equipment is the best
available on the market. That's hard to believe, considering that I've had nothing but problems with my tape recorder from
the day I bought it. For one thing, the tracking mechanism doesn’t work properly. I can never tell for sure what part of the
tapes is playing. And now there's problem whit the control panel and volume control, sometimes it works and sometimes it
doesn’t works. I took the tape recorder to the service department at Mix Electronics. When I picked it up, they said they'd
fixed the tracking mechanism as best they could, but it still doesn’t work properly. I'm sick and tried of all the problems
I've had with your product. I hope you will understand my concern.

I am writing to complain about the trip which was organised by yours travel agent's.
It was a three-day trip to Paris which took place from 13th to 16th of May 2006.
Firstly, I would like to express my dissappoitment with the accommodation. You offered the accommodation in a three-star
hotel, a room with a bathroom and air conditioning whereas I was accommodated in an old wayside hostel where there was only
one bathroom on the floor.
Secondly, I am indignant with the guide and the program of the trip. I have an impression that the guide was inexperienced
and incompetent. Also, the program of the trip was absolutely disorganized. I did not see a lot of important places in Paris
I would like you yo give me some of the money I pais for the trip back. I hope I will not have to take any other actions.
